Rules
The following rules are mandatory as long as you are the member of the club.
- No Non-Vegetarian Food in any form, except Eggs
- Only Breakfast allowed is Idly, Chapati & Millets based Food
- No Rice/Rice based food in any form
- No Maida based food in any form
- No Sugars in any form - Food, Drinks etc;
- On a monthly basis, body weight must be reduced by at least 1 Kg or 1% of the preceeding month's weight, whichever is lower.
Riders
The following riders are provided to ensure that the social life of the member remains normal
- Rules #1, #2, #3, #4 & #5 can be violated atmost 3 times a week only when you have to deal with your friends/family
- Rules #3 & #4 can be violated atmost 3 times a week - either indvidually or with family/friends
- There will be 1 cheat day per week where rules #1, #2, #3, #4 & #5 are invalid
